By creating an account or using Hoply, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Hoply is a collaborative trip-planning tool. You may use it to create trips, add events, and invite others. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm other users.

You retain ownership of the content you create (trips, events, notes). By posting content, you grant us a limited licence to store and display it within the app to other trip members.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time from the Account screen.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hoply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
